Very Poor
Location was convenient for me.
Only one personnel tried his best. However, the situation was unsatisfactory to say the least. The cleaning personnel disposed of an item of mine while they cleaned and not only did the cleaning personnel not apologize, nothing was done to compensate. The attitude of the older (owner? Desk clerk?) was subpar. I'm not expecting a five star service, but some initiative would've been appreciated. I had seen a cockroach in the facility as well. I wouldn't go back in the future.
